Job Details:

·         Location: Bradford, Ontario

·         Salary: $22.00 per hour / 30 to 42 hours per week

·         Employment Terms: Permanent, Full-time, Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

·         Start Date: As soon as possible

·         Benefits: Additional benefits include free parking, company-paid training, and paid vacations.

·         Financial Responsibility: Responsible for a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.

·         Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the provision of food and supplies at the best prices and with high quality.

·         Develop effective work schedules for employees and monitor work hours to ensure equal and efficient distribution of labor.

·         Handle customer complaints and concerns quickly and effectively to ensure their satisfaction and achieve a positive customer experience.

·         Motivate and guide employees to develop their skills and make the most of their personal and professional potential.

·         Compliance with relevant legal and ethical laws and regulations at all times.

·         Perform any other duties assigned by company management as per business needs.
