Tasks:
As a baker at Foodland, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the production of delicious and high-quality baked goods. Your tasks will include:
· Preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, pastries, cake batters, cookies, icing, and frosting according to recipes or customer orders.
· Precisely baking dough and mixed batters.
· Preparing special orders as per customer requests.
· Supervising bakery staff and kitchen team to maintain smooth workflow.
· Ensuring product quality meets specified standards.
· Inspecting kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
· Operating machines efficiently.
