Job Responsibilities:
· Read blueprints, specifications, and plumbing system layouts to determine water supply networks, drainage systems, and sewage systems.
· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
· Identify locations and mark pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
· Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
· Connect pipes using fittings, clamps, screws, welding equipment, soldering, and brazing.
· Determine pipe system requirements and select pipe size.
· Measure, cut, shape, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
